The Department of Business and Administration aims to contribute to the formation of knowledge and human capital capable of transforming the way of managing and enhancing business using innovative tools and considering the current social and environmental challenges.
We train professionals through undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources and Labor Relations, Data and Business, Business and Economics, and International Business. We play a fundamental role in training business and entrepreneurial leaders through the UCU Business School, the Ithaka Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and our link with chambers and business associations, fostering strategic management and promoting sustainable development.
Our professors have a solid track record in research applied to the most pressing problems in management and business, with a proven ability in high-quality teaching and close ties with the environment.
