Research interests
As a researcher, Silvarrey is focused on sustainability.
He is especially interested in environmental monitoring using remote sensing tools. Also, he is interested in the role of TICs in the sustainable management of organizations.
Personal profile
He holds a Master's in Sanitary Engineering from the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (Holland) and received a PhD in Sustainable Development from Deakin University (Melbourne/Australia) in 2021. He is currently teaching undergraduate and postgraduate studies at UCU. He is currently the Director of the Habitat Center for Cities and Sustainability and a member of the Energy and Sustainable Development Observatory. In addition, he is part of the operations group of the ICT4V Technology Center, where he serves as leader of the ICT and Sustainable Development vertical.
