Personal profile
Joel Gak is IEEE Member since 2007, received his Ph.D. degree in 2017 from Universidad Nacional del Sur, Bahia Blanca, Argentina, he received MSc and Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Católica in 2007 and 2010 respectively. In 2005, he joined the Electrical Engineer Department (today, Engineer Department) , Universidad Católica, Montevideo, Uruguay.
