He worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics at Universidad de los Andes 2011-2023 and joined the Department of Informatics of Universidad Católica del Uruguay (UCU) in 2023. He has held visiting positions at UdelaR and at the IMT in Toulouse (FRA).
