Doctor of Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sorbonne Doctoral Law School (2025). Master’s in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2017). Recipient of a doctoral contract awarded by Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne to fund her doctoral research (2017-2020). Lecturer in Obligations and Contracts and Tort Law in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Faculty of Law of Universidad de la República and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Currently, a full-time research professor in the Department of Law at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.

Research interests

Their academic work focuses on Private Law, with an emphasis on the Law of Obligations and Contracts and Tort Law. Their main research areas are: (i) the duty to inform in the pre-contractual stage and contract performance; (ii) the social and environmental conditions of product manufacturing, political consumerism, and the interaction of private law with environmental law and human rights; (iii) corporate liability and the duty of vigilance in value chains; and (iv) the use of natural language processing tools in legal analysis, exploring their potential for studying and synthesizing legal sources.
