Abstract

In this work a Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) prototype is developed. A 10 stage Marx generator for HV pulses was designed and implemented. A batch chamber suitable for small quantities was built and a 3000V, 5µs pulse was measured. The system was tested with dried grape marc and works as expected.
