Abstract

This paper presents a complex filter for ZigBeee using IEEE 802.15.4 standard in ST 90nm technology. First an inverter based transconductor element is presented. Using this circuit, two biquad low pass filters are designed. Then a complex filter is presented, with a 2.5Mhz center frequency, 2.4MHz bandwidth, and 12dB gain. Also power consumption was improved by 50% compared to [3].
