Abstract

In this work it is presented a generalization on the properties preserved on RH∞ functions to irrational H∞ functions. Particularly, we are interested in passive systems with distributed parameters and delay linear systems. Using substitutions of the variable s by passive functions we show that stability, stabilizability, strong coprime factorizations and passivity are preserved.
